Non-Comp Cheer, Spirit Squad

This group is designed to give children an opportunity to learn the basics of cheerleading with out the cost and time commitment associated with competition.

Ages

Sideline Cheerleading is open to grades Kindergarten through 8th grade

Parades

Sideline Cheerleaders will have opportunities to join in parades such as the Crosstown Game parade and the Woodstock Memorial Day Parade.

Uniforms

Uniforms are included in registration costs. Poms are provided for athletes during home games. Uniforms included tops, skirt or pants and cheer jacket.

Practices

Emricson Park (Basketball Court by Football Field)

July through October

Athletes meet twice a week to practice during the season.

Game Days

Athletes will perform at Thunder Flag football games on Saturday mornings at Emricson Park during the flag season. In addition to cheering on the sideline, cheerleaders will have the opportunity to perform a halftime routine at each game.
